ABC Maine would like to invite you to register one or more employees for the 2024-2025 Young Professionals Leadership Program. The program is designed to enhance the potential of our industry’s rising leaders by helping each to develop a greater self-awareness of their unique leadership style. The curriculum will require reading assignments, a personality assessment with professionally facilitated workshop, a State House tour, and Return on Investment (ROI) project.
Who should attend?
- A young professional, an emerging employee and leader looking to expand their impact at your company.
- One who shows a willingness to create a career path within the company. This investment aids in longevity and a successful relationship with you and your company.
Eligibility requirements?
- Must be employed by a member in good standing of ABC Maine
- Must be able to obtain the employer’s full support, showing a commitment to giving the personal and financial resources necessary for completing this program.
- Must have at least two (2) years’ experience specific to the construction industry (experience is subject to Administrator’s discretion).
