5th Annual Young Professionals Program—Oct. 2024 - Mar. 2025

The program aims to empower our industry’s emerging leaders by fostering a deeper understanding of their individual leadership styles. Participants will engage in various activities, including reading assignments, a personality assessment with a professionally led workshop, a State House tour, and an ROI project.

Program Highlights:

  • Must be employed by a member in good standing of ABC Maine
  • Must be able to obtain the employer’s full support, showing a commitment to giving the personal and financial resources necessary for completing this program.
  • Must have at least two (2) years’ experience specific to the construction industry (experience is subject to Administrator’s discretion).

  • A young professional, an emerging employee, and a leader looking to expand their impact at your company. 
  • One who is willing to create a career path within the company.  This investment aids in longevity and a successful relationship with you and your company.

Class Schedule - Classes will be in-person from 9:00 a.m. to 2 p.m. with bi-monthly check-ins. Class location will rotate and include a Statehouse tour and lunch in Augusta.
